About This Project

Consisting of two contiguous phases, Form Third delivered interior upgrades and custom fabrications scope. Phase-I included an expedited delivery of new LED lighting and accent lighting, drywall, paint and bar upgrades to re-brand this existing building. Phase-II included the addition of shade controls, a custom-fabricated merchandise cabinet, signage and a hostess stand fabricated from blackened steel and wood to match the existing wood trim.
