About This Project

Located in the Northern extent of Phoenix’s downtown, the design concept developed for 207 McDowell includes the renovation of an existing 13,153 sf two-story office building. Improvements include a 3,143 sf addition, 1,929 sf of outdoor dining space, parking and landscape improvements. The project will elevate the existing mid-century building with contemporary aesthetics and transform the space into a multi-tenant marketplace, including retail and restaurants with creative offices above.
