About This Project

Located in mid-town Phoenix, the design concept for the development of the SouthWest corner of N 7th Street and Osborn Road looks to expand one of the city’s lively neighborhood nodes. The project involves the renovation of 6 existing structures and 2 new additions which, under a shared parking model, will create a greater, multi-tenant campus including restaurants, retail, a bakery, an event space and salon suites. The project also looks to enhance the overall site with new patios, outdoor community spaces and rich landscaping.
