About This Project

This renovation of an existing 12,000 SF office for the Arizona Behavioral Health Corporation is a multi-phase project. Phase-I consists of the complete renovation of the building entry and exterior courtyard, interior renovation of the existing building including complete new building and information systems, new interior space plan layout and new finishes and FFE throughout.

Form Third managed the complete construction delivery, interior finishes, specialty fabrications and complete oversight of the FFE selection, procurement and installation scope. Form Third also facilitated the transition of the Arizona Behavioral Health Corporation team’s relocation from their existing office to this new location.

Phase-II is currently in the planning phases and is expected to include various site improvements from parking and landscaping to the interior renovations of the remaining 6,000 SF office building.
