Located in the heart of Roosevelt Row, a walkable creative district in the urban core of downtown Phoenix, AZ Wilderness DTPHX makes use of an existing warehouse to bring the first ever beer garden to downtown Phoenix. Slated to be finished in January of 2019, the site will host a spacious interior and an exterior landscaped garden in the urban core of Phoenix. Form Third is utilizing 3D scanning of the existing space along with Building Information Modeling integration to ensure a quality and efficient construction delivery.
