Located in the heart of Roosevelt Row, a walkable creative district in the urban core of downtown Phoenix, Bar Row makes use of one of the units in the historic Flowers Building. Slated to be finished in January of 2019, Bar Row will feature a full service cocktail bar and will play host to a variety of arcade and billiard games.
