About This Project

Located near 35th Ave and Glendale Ave, City Laundry is a 3,000 square foot facility with 56 units on site for all your cleaning needs. It is a fresh take on laundry mats with bar stool seating, easy to use kiosks, and lots of natural lighting.

The is the precursor to City Laundry Lounge that will be located near 15th Ave and Camelback Rd.

City Laundry was completed in February 2021, and City Laundry Lounge is set to start in the following third quarter.

Located near Downtown Phoenix at Camelback Rd and 15th Ave  is the future site of City Laundry Lounge. With 54 washers and 53 dryers, customers will have plenty of options to get their laundry done at the largest laundromat in Phoenix.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by the front attendant station for laundry drop off and pick up. You will also find a convenient on-site children’s area. The most unique aspect of this facility is the wine and beer lounge located within the indoor/outdoor cafe.
