About This Project

Located in the creative core of Hollywood, the design provides a hip and sophisticated environment for entrepreneurial young professionals to promote a collaborative and socially active live-work environment.  The design introduces a series of new tenant amenities, including updated lobby and circulation zones, lounge areas, outdoor kitchen/dining and fitness programs.
