en Hance Park is a dynamic residential urban-infill development focused on thoughtful living – combining efficiency, connectivity and character. Situated across the street from an expansive 32-acre park and adjacent to Roosevelt Row, a nationally-renowned arts district, en Hance Park consists of 49 condominiums and live/work spaces.

The architects at Shepley Bulfinch, in partnership with world-class Chilean developer, Sencorp, have designed considerate environments that translate global sensibilities to a local level. Careful attention has been given to every living space and common area with emphases on ingenuity and practicality.
