About This Project
This redevelopment project includes fifteen (15) new 3-story single-family attached townhome units with outdoor balconies and attached garages.
The site is designed locating unit entries both on the Farmer and 7th Street frontages to promote walkable neighborhood design principles. Access drives are interior to the site while also utilizing the existing alley for vehicle circulation and trash pick-up. The exterior design of the townhomes are designed with enhanced architectural articulation, including exterior balconies with custom steel fascia cladding and guardrails, brick accent walls and individual entry porches for each unit.
With +/-1,500-sf of total livable area, the townhomes are organized with attached 2-car garages and street-facing flex-space for potential home-office use at ground level. The second level consists of the primary living spaces including a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room. The third level houses two 2-bedroom units with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in-closets. Balconies are provided at both the second and third level.
