The Paperheart building is a historic building on Grand Ave in downtown Phoenix. Originally a Chevrolet dealership for a number of decades, the Paper Heart building has fallen into disrepair follow a conversion to a gallery. Form Third contracted to design and construct an adaptive reuse of the historic building into a bar and events venue. Projected completion June 2019.
