About This Project

PRD845 is an award-winning urban infill project located in Downtown Phoenix, adjacent to a historic neighborhood and arts district. This enclave of 12 condominium homes is organized around a private “mews” concept to engage and service the private residences, promoting a healthy interaction of internal circulation between vehicles and people to provide an intimate and compelling urban-type environment.

The interaction between interior and exterior space is intentionally playful to include an undulating dialogue between the interior rooms and exterior roof deck. At ground level the site is activated by introducing several ground-floor live-work spaces to further promote the integration of the growing urban landscape of this downtown Phoenix residential neighborhood.

PRD845 is the recipient of a 2008 AIA Merit Award.
