This 3-story commercial infill project located in old town Scottsdale introduces an exciting mixed use project with ground floor commercial, second level office, and third level residential uses. The project utilizes a unique blend of stone, masonry, and contemporary storefront systems to create a modern, multi-use building. Complexities include: zero lot line conditions, requirement to maintain existing components of original building, and an urban construction site where staging and supply chain management challenges are critical to project success.
