About This Project

This 30-unit infill development project is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix within walking distance from the arts and entertainment districts. Walk-up townhome units are accessed directly from the street from a private stoop to enhance the urban-experience and contribute to this changing urban fabric. Residents access on-site parking via a shared public alley to further promote an urban friendly design and balance functionality, aesthetics and sound design principles.

A matrix of strategically lit fabric sails provide the building with a strong landmark identity while activating the street façade and providing shade relief to the dwelling units.
