This intimate adaptive-reuse project includes a full-service commercial kitchen designed to accommodate a centerpiece 500-lb capacity rotisserie smoker for the Pitmaster Phil-the-Grill. This Downtown Phoenix “hot spot” includes bar-side seating, indoor dining and patio dining set within an urban-inspired interior setting. The compactness of the project required extensive coordination between the design contracting team to ensure a quality, finished product.
