About This Project

Situated within the Cooley Station complex of Gilbert, the design concept for the Verde development includes three new buildings, each in their own unique style.

The first building is a large single-story fitness, health and wellness center. The design features a pre-engineered metal building that is elevated to a level of sophistication through large expanses of glass, a unique skin of metal panels and other architectural detailing.

The second building is a 2-story multi-tenant structure that will house an assortment of offices, retailers and restaurants. Clad in a classic brick veneer and with prominent structural expression and large expanses of glass, this new building is designed to be reminiscent of historic industrial structures.

The third building is a single-story, new-build structure. Designed at modest scale with quaint architectural detailing, the building will be home to a single food & beverage tenant. Featured is a large shaded patio for outdoor dining, allowing patrons to engage and observe the surrounding pedestrian plaza.
