Located along the Light Rail in Tempe, the Vinir is a rebranding and remodel of the existing College Town Apartments. Form Third re-located and and redesigned the Leasing Center for increased visibility and connectivity to public transit and future tenants. Redesign of the entry and street facing elevation as well as an expanded fitness center. Multiple units remodeled. Project completion December 2018.
