About This Project

The proposal for this event venue employs two existing buildings in the warehouse district south of downtown Phoenix to create a mixed use food hall concept and event space. An existing masonry building will house a food hall with multiple micro restaurant concepts and new outdoor patio/mezzanine, while an adjacent masonry building and event space receives a new decorative metal facade.
